A complex design brief required the reuse the structure of 3 existing independent structures: a house, garage and banya pavilion on a privileged south facing site at the end of a cul de sac. Careful study of existing levels and structure allowed for the creation of a modern villa, closed to the street and open to the garden.

Careful attention to circulations and public and private spaces allows for a home comfortable in its day to day use but the family, as well as on special occasions for entertaining.
